On arrival you drive into a car park at the rear of some flats so a bit disappointing but don't let this put you off as the area and people are very welcoming. The "cottage" is compact and a little tired so doesn't deserve the 4 star rating it was probably given some years ago but is perfectly adequate for a short stay. The cottage is ideally situated close to the Teifi estuary. It is well furnished and very clean. The garden is gravelled but with shrubs around is pleasant to sit in and read a book, is not overlooked and gets sunshine most of the day. A good base to explore the surrounding countryside.

Nice little cottage in a perfect location a few yards from the beautiful estuary and a 10 minute walk to the village centre with its excellent local store, great fish and chip shop and the mill which sells fantastic bread made from its own milled flour.

Very comfortable accommodation and peaceful location. Perfect for visiting Poppit Sands with our dogs and for accessing the Bay to Remember dolphin and wildlife spotting boat trip. Beautiful countryside and scenic coastal walks. Must come again! Unreliable Wi-Fi access, only possible in the area at the rear of the property.

This cottage / bungalow is well placed and has good back yard for doggies but we found it a bit depressing backing on to a car park for flats. It was cold and a bit dated and there was no real welcome within it not even a bit of cooking oil we had to buy all cleaning products apart from washing up liquid.
