Fantastic quiet location, great facilities - the dog towel was a godsend as we forgot ours! A great base for lovely walks, and the Shepherds Hut had everything you could need. Thank you

This was a fabulous getaway. Star gazing was spectacular with little light to distract. Sunsets lit up the sky and the views were breathtaking. This was a very well set up shepherds hut, decor was well thought out, and the peace and quiet was really something that was so refreshing.

Dreadful directions for locating the site. Inaccurate and incomplete. No signage whatever. Difficult access for anybody with a disability - this should be pointed out in the advance information. Trudging up a steep hill for 300 yards in rain and wind with luggage is no joke. No light in the toilet facility. Primitive cooker. Decking is a slip hazarRead mored. Very poor internal lighting except over the bed. Requires general redecoration. OK for those happy with basic needs in a superb location. Hide

Fabulous view and sky at night. Could see all the stars, as no light pollution. Our dog loved the open space, no issues with it not being fenced in. Great base for Hay on Wye, only a half hour easy drive.
