Open the gate in the walled garden and access the porch of this attractive property. The kitchen is well-equipped with Aga, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and lovely mountain views. If you decide to rustle up a meal with purchases from local suppliers, it is a lovely space to cook in and leads through to the spacious dining room with wood burner and wonderful views towards the lake. After dinner perhaps play a game of cards or go to the inviting lounge with a cosy wood burner and comfy sofas, perfect to relax with a good book, watch a film on the smartTV or embrace the view from the feature window. Up the stairs there are three welcoming bedrooms all with lovely views and smart TVs, choose from the double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, the double or the twin bedroom. In the morning take an invigorating shower in the shower room with WC before you head out for a day’s adventure.
Outside you will find the utility room with washing machine, sink and lots of drying space for your coats and boots. Unwind in the walled garden with pond, stream running through and vista gateways towards the mountains and lake. Enjoy al fresco dining, maybe a BBQ and relax at the table and chairs or head off to explore the 400 acres of national park and Crafnant Lake. With a permit, you can fish the lake, just a short stroll from the garden. If you are bringing your bike or canoe there is a lockable store available. Private parking for three cars is available at the property. The property is found a little after Llyn Crafnant (Crafnant Lake) with a variety of walks available to appreciate the full beauty of the area.
