This spacious detached dormer bungalow, newly constructed in 2018, sits idyllically alongside the river at Narberth Bridge. Narberth itself is a delightful market town with a plethora of independent shops, restaurants, pubs, museum and a gallery, and walks to Canaston Woods. It is a short drive to both Tenby and Saundersfoot, two excellent seaside resorts, boat trips and water sports are available during the holiday season. Well placed for visiting the many visitor attractions such as Oakwood Theme Park, Blue Lagoon Waterpark, Folly Farm and Heatherton. Historic castles at every turn, with Narberth Castle just at the top of the hill. All in all, an excellent base to enjoy all the sights and sounds of the UKs only Coastal National Park.

Enter this impressive home into a central hall and through to a large open-plan kitchen/diner. This well-equipped space has two electric ovens and a hob, two microwaves, dishwasher, two fridge/freezers and washing machine. There is a light and airy sun room leading off from here, an ideal spot to read a book in peace during the afternoon. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor, a twin with en-suite shower room with WC, a double with en-suite shower room with WC, a room for four with a double bed and a bunk bed with Jack and Jill style bathroom with bath and WC and a further twin room. The large lounge looks out towards the river and has access to the outside as well as comfortable seating, TV/DVD and an electric wood-burner effect fire. Heading upstairs, there are a further three bedrooms, there is a large master double with lovely views and an en-suite shower room with WC. The final two bedrooms are both twin rooms, again with en-suite shower rooms with WC’s.

Outside there are large grounds with patio area and lawns and plenty of patio furniture. There is a purpose-built enclosed paddock, suitable to leave or exercise dogs. There is ample off-road parking.

2nd stay at this lovely well positioned house. Just a 10 min walk from the lovely town of Narberth. The house is incredibly well proportioned with lots and lots of room. looking forward to visiting again!

A really practical and comfortable space for large family groups in a great location offering proximity to all the glories that Pembrokeshire has to offer. Our second time at The Copses in 5 years - its a diamond!

This cottage is ideal for large families with dogs. It is spacious, great area for socialising, but with sufficient area to have quite time too. Downstairs bedrooms with en suite for disabled or elderly. The secure paddock is great for the dogs to let of steam. Just perfect for our biannual family getaways.

The property was in a beautiful setting secluded from the road and not overlooked. Although it was stated town was within walking distance, you had to go on a very busy main road uphill to get there. Not a problem for my friends but I was unable to go as on a mobility scooter. Lots of walks locally, maybe add details of these in the information booRead moreklet. The house is very large and comfortable. The heating, showers and hot water were exemplary. The garden is not much use to play in as it is small.. Walking into Narberth is up a very steep hill with no pavement initially. Bring basics as none provided.

Lovely house in fab location.Warm, v comfy beds.Great spaces for a large group. Well equipped kitchen. One sofa higher, helpful for people who have difficulty getting out of low sofas! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Copses at Narberth Bridge. Plenty of room indoors and out. The garden was a great outdoor space for the family and dog to utilise during the dry spells we had. A fabulous celebratory meal was had at The Boars Head in Templeton. We were able to return free of charge to Folly farm within the 7 days which was a great Read morebonus. Accommodation ample in capacity for 9 of us , 3 generations from all parts of the country. Really useful having so many en suites. Dog paddock good as well. Good central position for days out. Would book again if we get the opportunity as I see online its already quite well booked. Credit to the owners for thinking through clients needs

Lovely area of Wales with plenty to do. Narberth is particularly lovely for a mooch and lots of lovely food places, both to buy produce or to eat out. Property is lovely and spacious and represents good value for money. Kitchen could do with being better equipped if you cook a lot.

We found this house very comfortable, absolutely ideal for a party of three generations plus dogs. We were very impressed by the heating. Also there was lots of space for different groups to do different activities without disturbing each other. Beautiful cottage in a stunning location. Plenty of room for the whole family, even space to disappear if you fancied a few moments to yourself. Very well catered for, we loved our Christmas away. Family memories to treasure for years to come.

Beautiful house with plenty of room for all nine of us staying there , we did cook in the morning and there were plenty of utensils and crockery. The heat pump went out due to a fall in pressure but one phone call brought out the owner within 20 minutes. Showers were hot and had good pressure, sink in downstairs bathroom was a bit small. Nice gardeRead moren with benches but no BBQ only a plinth to put your own on. Nice places to eat in the town but a steep walk unless youre driving. Would go back. Hide

The cottage was excellent for our party of 12 adults & 2 children. Very comfortable & plenty of space. We enjoyed sitting around the large dining table in the evenings & relaxing. It was a fitting destination for a delayed 50th wedding anniversary.

Went away for my 60th with all my family, and had a fantastic time, and the best birthday ever. Good location for travelling to beaches, and views from house very scenic. House was well equipped and everyone enjoyed their stay.

If you are looking for spacious accomodation for a large group, it's fabulous. Quite basic in bedroom/bathrooms but has everything you need and the kitchen is really well equipped.

We would definitely recommend Copses to anyone thinking of staying here. The kitchen is really good and supports the number of guests with two ovens it really helps. The kids really enjoyed it and the enclosed dog area is absolutely brilliant. My dogs settled in really well. We loved our stay and will be thinking about booking again.
