This charming farmhouse with period features, open fire and scullery games room is tastefully furnished, with all the thoughtful little extras to enhance your stay. Walk into the hall with the kitchen to your left. If you decide to eat in the kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all the equipment you need to prepare a meal for family and friends. Head back in to the hall and straight ahead is the scullery with lots of space for your boots, sandals and wet suits, a tumble dryer and best of all the pool table to test your skill. To your right is the spacious lounge/diner perfect to relax in after a full day out with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, Sky (basic package) and feature fireplace with coal burner effect oil fire. Gather round the table for a bite to eat, plan your holiday activities and for cosy nights in and light the oil-fired burner. Through to the second hall you will find the separate WC, staircase and the second lounge with feature fireplace with open fire. The house is set in half an acre of grounds to explore with naturalised areas, fire pit and gate down to the path to the Mawddach Estuary and beyond. There is private off-road parking for four cars at the property and a lockable shed for bicycles and lots of space in the garden for canoes.
