We stayed for a week and it was fantastic. Lovely freshly decorated, new sofas. All the rooms are very spacious. A great location for a short walk to the beach or lots of walks to explore. The property is very homely.

We had a lovely week at the quieter end of Barmouth. The property is a comfortable base for exploring this part of Wales. The rooms are large and comfortable. The views wonderful. We were only disappointed at the lack of options for Sunday lunch.

Overall the apartment was fine. A little tired in decoration, could do with some sprucing up but an amazing view! The beach across the road is secluded and great if you have a dog, however it is accessed down quite a steep path with steps that could be tricky for those with mobility issues or unsteady. We managed to park across the road; the car paRead morerk is down the hill so not far but be aware of that. Nice little outdoor space also. Hide
