Watch the sunset over the Welsh Mountains from the adjoining conservatory with its comfy chairs, cosy throws and Bluetooth speaker, perfect for summer or winter evenings alike. Need to get some work done? A desk can be added in the conservatory where you can work from home and take in the stunning views. (must be requested at time of booking) The lounge offers a wood burner that’s perfect for a chilly autumn or winter evening catching up with friends whilst relaxing on the cosy sofas. A set of fully glazed doors offer stunning views and access to the patio or draw the curtains and settle in for a cosy night in front of the Smart TV. On the ground floor you will also find a shower room with shower and WC. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, a king-size room enjoying a dual aspect windows with stunning views and en-suite shower room and WC. There is also a cosy king-size bedroom and a further bedroom with king-size bed (which can be made up as a twin on request). There is a light airy bathroom with a freestanding bath, perfect for soaking in after a long walk, and WC.

Inspired by the farms strong sustainability ethos, the owners have installed a wood fired hot tub where you can sit and watch the sunset or gaze at the stars over Herefordshire and Wales.
