Lovely, well-equipped cottage in a very convenient location. The traffic could be a bit noisy at the front but that is countered by the restful sound of the stream in the rear garden.

Lovely house (that's the owners"home part of the year - so very well equipped and comfortable) in a great location between Crickhowell and Abergavenny. No issues getting in or out on to the A40, you do hear the road but that's entirely expected. Handy to have the pub next door (no noise) and the brook in the garden is lovely to sit next to. A comfortable, well-equipped and thoroughly enjoyable stay at this lovely home. it is so convenient for the whole Usk valley, and provides excellent facilities and well-maintained garden with a marvellous stream whose burbling sounds pervade the environment. Great location. Plenty of mountains to climb and not over walked. Only saw 2 people on a 4 hr walk on Thursday. Choice of walk types and even a walk to the pub across the meadow and along the river. Two really lovely towns with plenty of food choices. Great Flea Market in Abergavenny on Wednesday's. Loved the area. Cottage had everything we needed.

Lovely, homely house. Felt right from moment we arrived. Owners on hand if required, but were not needed. Garden secure for dogs, the small stream that runs through garden was not too deep and had an escape ramp should dogs go in. Clean, comfortable and plenty of space. 4 people and 2 large dogs had more than enough room. Property has a fixed stairRead more gate to segregate upstairs, no need to take one. The property was a lovely, cosy family home. It was perfect for myself, partner, 10 year old daughter and our two dogs. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The road itself is quite a busy one, but you don't notice once you're inside. I can highly recommend a stay here for a relaxing holiday!
