The owners are on-site though privacy is assured. This former granary provides home from home comforts in this single storey property. Walk into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with exposed beams, tiled floors and lovely views from the windows. The kitchen area is well-equipped with electirc oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and dishwasher. The utility room offers a washing machine and tumble dryer. If you decide to eat in the dining table is perfectly positioned for everyone to gather around, enjoy a meal, look over maps and leaflets or play board games after dinner. After a full day out relax on the comfortable sofa and chair, watch Sky TV with standard package or lose yourself in a good book. For cosy nights in, light the wood burner, plan your activities for your stay or watch a film. When it’s time to retire, you can choose from two bedrooms, a double or twin, both designed for a good night's sleep. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard for guests’ use, with a screened-off area with table, chairs and a BBQ to enjoy the weather and al fresco dining. There are further converted barns set around the courtyard. Set in 160 acres of the working farm with vineyard, orchard, dog walking paddock and designated footpaths to explore. There is private off-road parking for two cars at the property. The owners are on-site, and run their privately-owned touring caravan site on the farm, though your privacy is assured.
