Great views and close to town. Clean and spacious cottage but smal kitchen. Great location for exploring North Wales but limited eating and drinking establishments in Corwen. Overall a good value for money holiday.

We had a great stay in the barn. My husband loved the snooker/pool table. The master gave luxury vibes with stunning views with the patio doors even when the weather wasnt great. Everything youll want to visit is within an hour of Corwen. We visited horseshoe falls, velvet hill. Went to zipworld and conwy falls. Fantastic cottage in a lovely central location. The cottage is well equipped and has a 3/4 size snooker table with an additional set of pool balls. The barn was great, especially the bedrooms and the lounge with the snooker table. The kitchen is small but well equipped & arranged to maximise its size. The shower is very powerful. The outside space was largely unusable - guests are not allowed on the fake grass outside barn & our dog could not get down the back steps to the back lawn. Really lovely Barn conversion. We stayed 4 nights. Quiet and beautiful. Great views but being high up means you have to walk up a steepish hill. I wouldnt recommend for older unfit people. The Barn itself is on a few different levels which i found I had to be careful not to loose my footing. Big bed was well comfy. Overall good holiday cottage. Bedrooms were large and views were great. Kitchen was small and we did know this before we went but was difficult preparing food but not bad if you eat out most of the time. Good base to go exploring.
