The property is situated in Llanaelhaearn, 2 miles inland from Trefor beach, on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula and just outside Snowdonia National Park. It's perfectly location to explore Nefyn, Pwllheli, Dinas Dinlle, Caernarfon, Beddgelert, Porthmadog and Abersoch, all offering a range of shops, galleries, eateries, attractions, events and stunning beaches. Enjoy sea swimming, sailing, surfing and canoeing or head to the superb golf courses. Visit the Maritime Museum, boating events at Hafan Pwllheli Marina, Caernarfon Castle, the UNESCO World Heritage Site, marina, Lloyd George Museum, Criccieth Castle, National Trust Plas yn Rhiw and Nant Gwthyrn. Join the footpaths and cycle routes with stunning views along the way with waterside strolls to majestic mountains to climb. Take the bus from outside of the property and within a short journey arrive at the Glasfryn Activity Centre, a family-run centre with go-karting, wake boarding, bowling and much more.

Continue into the lounge with comfy sofa and chair, TV, feature stone walls and fireplace with welcoming wood burner. The dining table is perfectly positioned in the corner for a romantic meal for two. Walk on through to the kitchen which has been creatively designed with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and handy washing machine in the utility shed. The bijou kitchen is a lovely space to rustle up a meal with your local purchases on your travels. Enjoy views over your courtyard garden from the window above the kitchen sink. After a full day out, relax in the lounge with a good book, watch a film or just snuggle up by the glow of the wood burner and plan your holiday activities. Upstairs on the first floor, you will find the lovely bedroom with a quality double bed and TV for a truly relaxing time. In the morning, take a leisurely shower and dry off with soft towels in the stylish shower room with shower and WC, a perfect start to the day.
In the courtyard garden you can sit back and unwind - the patio area has table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ to enjoy dining alfresco. If you are keen cyclists, the front garden has a bike rack to place your bikes in (please bring your own locks) and an outside tap to hose them down after a day exploring. You will also find the utility shed with the washing machine and beach equipment to take down to the seasonal beach hut. The beach hut is available from May to September on Nefyn beach, about 5 miles away, and has a table and chairs and camping kitchen equipment to make light refreshments, and is a lovely place to spend a day on the beach. There is roadside parking outside the property for one car.
