Adjoining the owner 's home on their privately owned touring caravan park, the property enjoys the use of the lovely surrounding gardens which are perfect for al fresco dining and taking in the wonderful views. A scenic drive inland takes you to pretty Betws y Coed, the outdoor capital of North Wales whilst the National Trust’s Bodnant Gardens, Zip World, Surf Snowdonia and RSPB’s Conwy Nature Reserve are all close by.

Step inside this cosy welcoming cottage into the lounge with lovely views across the conwy valley, a great place to relax and plans your days adventures, or chill on the comfy seating in front of the Smart TV/DVD. The kitchen is equipped if you choose to eat in and rustle up a meal, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine with the dining table perfectly located in the room for a romantic meal for two. Also on this floor you will find the shower room with a shower and WC. Head up the stairs to the lovely bedroom with stylish oak furniture and a king-size bed and pretty views.

We had a wonderful 4 night break staying here. The cottage is in a great location to visit different parts of Wales. The cottage itself is in some beautiful grounds with lovely gardens. The cottage is clean, modern, comfortable and has everything you need. The owners are friendly and would do anything to help but are not intrusive. We have just returned from a lovely weeks holiday in a beautiful location, the cottage is spotlessly clean with every amenity you could wish for, it is in a great location to explore Snowdonia National Park and attractions in North Wales. Exceptional holiday cottage. Very clean throughout and everything you needed was there. Great location for visiting Conwy, Llandudno, Betws y Coed and Bodnant Garden (National Trust) . Also two excellent gastro pubs less than 10 minutes drive. The Groes inn served tasty chalk stream trout.superb! The Tal y Cefn inn served excellent Wrexham lager!!!

This cottage is well appointed with fantastic countryside views. It is warm, comfortable and very well equipped. On site parking is available. There are a number of pubs and hotels nearby offering fantastic food. The owners live on site and are very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a week and could have very happily stayed for much longer. WordsRead more seem inadequate but we cannot recommend this cottage enough. Hide

The cottage is clean and well equipped with a very spacious and comfortable lounge area. The bedroom is bright and airy, the bed very comfortable. There isn't a great deal if headroom due to the bedroom being in the eaves, though this is not a problem for anyone of short stature. Cottage is lovely, so peaceful. We had the best weeks sleep ever. Cottage is fully equipped with everything you need. Owners are lovely and there to help with anything you need. The site is excellent and the gardens are lovely. Didnt want to leave. We will be returning as soon as we can , there is still so much to see in the area.
