This charming barn is attached to the owner’s home but peace and privacy are ensured. The open-plan living space is the place to be and the lounge, kitchen and diner fit together perfectly to create a great communal area. Sink into the comfortable corner sofa and switch on the TV for a quiet night in. The wood burner sits in the feature fireplace, get it roaring to keep the chill at bay. Lovely place for adventure especially for dog owners. The little enclosed garden is perfect. You can let them out first and last thing at night and know they are safe from escaping. Certainly saves putting on your coat and Welles. Very kind and knowledgeable hosts to!

Perfectly located to visit many of the local towns and attractions. For cyclists (who like hills) this is just perfect with a tremendous array of hills of varying length and severity. For dog lovers, there are some beautiful places to walk the dogs. Buckland Hill is GREAT. A nice circular walk where the dogs can run free. A little over 2 miles rounRead mored with stunning views. This was our favoured walk and only a few miles from the property. The best we have stayed at in recent years :-) Hide

Lovely cottage with very helpful owners next door. Would thoroughly recommend it and I would definitely go back again one day. Location is lovely too, not too far from anywhere we went, but still very rural with lovely views.

The barn has a wonderful log fire, enclosed garden for the dogs and powerful shower. The kitchen equipment was all there and the host was excellent ensuring the trip was good. The owner positively welcomes dogs and provides a great information pack with walks and locations to eat which we did a number of and enjoyed .
