Set in a complex of holiday properties overlooking Saundersfoot Beach in Pembrokeshire, you can enjoy direct access to the sandy beach for lazy summer days or a refreshing swim or sail on the sparkling waves. There are three beaches to explore in Saundersfoot and myriad beaches along the Pembrokeshire coast so it’s a paradise for beach lovers. Head to Stepaside above the wooded Pleasant Valley and freewheel your way down to the old railway line and tunnels that lead to Saundersfoot Harbour, the original route ferried coal from the ironworks. Tee off on the fairways of Tenby Golf Club (3.5 miles). Or meet a variety of animals at Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (3.5 miles), and Manor House Wildlife Park (4.5 miles).

Step inside this holiday property where relaxing interiors await, in the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen features an electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. Eat around the formal dining table where there’s ample seating to enjoy home-cooked meals. After a day of surfing or walking a section of the coast path, unwind and watch favourite films on the Smart TV. Slide open the doors from the living area and enjoy morning coffees on your private sea-view balcony. The apartment sleeps up to three guests - there’s one cosy double bedroom, while in the hall alcove, you’ll find a single bed. There’s also a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC.

At the front of the holiday complex, there’s a large car park where you’ll find allocated parking for one medium size car. Enjoy the easy stroll to the shops, pubs and eateries in the historic village of Saundersfoot (0.5 miles).

Great views from the balcony. Beds are comfy. 3 sets of towels and bedding provided. Ideal for 2/3 people. Just a couple of minutes walk along the Strand into Saundersfoot. Just a shame there isn't a lift as the apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Another enjoyable stay at 35 Beach Court. The improvements made to the apartment since last year were appreciated, especially the outdoor furniture.

We stayed in this apartment for a week, its in the perfect location in Saundersfoot and the views from the balcony are stunning, the apartment was nice but could have been cleaner also it is advertised with a parking space for a medium sized car but the space is really small and we couldnt fit our car in the space when the other spaces were occupieRead mored, we would come back to stay again. The view is great and lounge good. Just a few improvements would make it so much better be honest with your customers before they book ie car parking and small bed.

Third floor with only stairs to access it, carrying suitcases and bags etc., was not good. I did not see any mention that there was only stairs. The view from the lounge was great, best part of the stay. Good balcony, but yet again was let down by three rusty aluminum deckchairs which looked unsafe to sit in. The table top was cracked and missing tRead moreiles of the table on balcony. Could also do with a rubber safety mat for the shower. Little attention to details which make or break a holiday. Hide

This flat is in such a lovely location, you get a real 'Wow' factor when you see the fantastic view. However, it needs a bit of care and attention to make it more acceptable. The balcony furniture is rusty with a broken mosaic table, the letterbox was broken as was a shelf in the bathroom. There is a lack of cleanliness all round. These issues coulRead mored be so easily fixed. Parking is really tight and we had to park on the road one night as we couldn't fit into our allocated space. Hide

On arrival problem with door to balcony owner aware prior to our stay,had to wait 2 days for lock smith, safety issue, fire escape off the balcony. Couldn't open one of the windows, flat hadn't been cleaned properly spiders everywhere in kitchen cupboard+ spiders/ Web in saucepan, on ceilings, curtains, bedding, teapot black, broken electric socketRead mores, balcony furniture broken not fit for adults. Photos sent to FBM. The staff were very oppolagetic, no refund offered. Go again to 35 beach court Hide

Fantastic location with wonderful views. Close to all amenities. Apartment on the third floor so a number of steps to climb, may not be suitable for everyone. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Direct access to the beach from the side of the building. Parking space a welcome bonus.
