Further to previous reviews, the mattress is very uncomfortable and really must be replaced as soon as possible. The toaster doesn't work. The fridge needs defrosting. Only the bathroom window can be left open at night, so whilst we were there in very mild weather, the cottage was crazy hot. Not sure how 'dog-friendly' the cottage is, considering aRead morell the signs on the shared grass area. The cottage is small inside with very limited head height in the bedroom, the position is wonderful and easy to walk to the beaches and lily ponds. The cottage was perfect for us and was exactly as advertised. The location is great. Our toddler particularly enjoyed the jigsaws and we all enjoyed our time there so thank you.

A lovely cosy cottage well positioned for exploring the area. Fully equipped with all you needed. Was lovely to be close to the lily ponds to go running with the dogs. Beds were comfy and it was nice to lay there hearing the wind outside but feeling so sound.

This is a wonderful location, quiet and peaceful despite the proximity of the firing range which didn't disturb us at all. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside and a spectacular coastline. There is plenty to see and do in the area, you can easily fill a week and more too. We will definitely be going back.
