The property, just 50 metres from the gorgeous white sand of Tenby’s North Beach, sleeps four guests, making it perfect for small family holidays or a couples’ retreat. Stroll down to the beach and hire some deckchairs, or perhaps wander around the picture-postcard harbour. Here, you can hop on a boat to the remote and stunning monastic island of Caldey or join one of the fishing trips that depart from the harbour. Folly Farm (5.5 miles away) is a fantastic family day out, with 750 animals in its zoo and a wonderful vintage fairground. You also have easy access to the 186-mile Pembrokeshire Coast Path, which passes through the town.

The third-floor apartment is decorated in a contemporary style with beautiful home comforts for a relaxing stay. Take the lift to the third floor and discover the light and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with fantastic coastal views. Sink into the sumptuous sofa or armchair and enjoy a film on the TV which has Freesat and a DVD player or rustle up a tasty meal in the kitchen area, where you’ll find an electric induction hob, double oven which incorporates a microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. If you need to do any laundry during your stay, there’s a handy washing machine/dryer. On this level, there’s also a WC and coat rack. At the end of the day, head upstairs to one of the two stylish bedrooms, both with sloping ceilings. The first, a king-size, has an en-suite with a shower over bath and WC and a small balcony overlooking the beach and harbour. The second bedroom is a twin with an en-suite shower room with WC.

A small balcony accessed via the master bedroom offers an outdoor seating area and with the beach just moments away it’s easy to fill your lungs with fresh sea air and blow away the cobwebs with a stroll along the sand.

We loved no 9 - a bright modern 3rd floor apartment and we had a very good holiday. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio off the main bedroom. Safety barriers in are in place but probably not good for adventurous children because of drops. The position of the apartment is perfect overlooking North Beach and The Harbour. Stunning views. This apartment is really great, having amazing views across North Beach and beyond. Well furnished and tastefully decorated and loved that both rooms were of a good size with great en-suites for both. Great clean apartment, even better location, best seafront view in Tenby and with 2 x free car park spaces. There's even a lift for tired legs. What's not to like?
