Property code: FB174

This property is perfect for families travelling with up to two dogs, who want to stay in a peaceful setting but be close to the seaside. Situated just outside Tenby, the town centre is just 1 mile away and is traffic-free during July and August; North Beach is half a mile further and is identifiable by the iconic Goscar Rock jutting out of the sand. Children will love the Dinosaur Park (2 miles), while the National Trust’s Colby Woodland Garden (8 miles) is an enchanting place to visit to be among beautiful wildlife and scenery. Take a trip to Pembroke Castle (10 miles) and spend the day strolling around the town; the Mill Pond Walk is a pleasant walk that’s suitable for all ages and abilities.

As you step through the front door into the entrance hall, you’ll see there’s a separate WC off here, as well as the lounge. Comfortable sofas are surrounded by neutral colours and soft lighting; sit around the Smart TV and fire in the evenings or play a board game at the dining table at the other end of the room. The kitchen leads off from the lounge and has everything you need, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. You’ll also find a washing machine and tumble dryer. A large window lets lots of light in and there’s also a door to the garden. Up four steps from the lounge, you’ll find the bedrooms. The first is a twin room with plenty of storage space. The second is a spacious queen room with a dressing table and a large window to let in lots of natural light. The last bedroom is a cosy single that is ideal for an older child that wants their own space. The bathroom completes the property and is bright and airy with a shower over the bath.

Outside, the delightful garden has a sunny patio with garden furniture and established shrubs and trees around the lawn. There’s off-road driveway parking available too.

Enjoyed our stay here, very pleasant and peaceful. Nice and roomy and plenty of space. Well equipped, comfortable beds, Sky TV and decent broadband a bonus. 20 minute pleasant walk to Tenby Beach and attractions. Some may consider the property a little dated but didn't bother us at all, a great base for exploring Pembrokeshire.

The whole bungalow needs a deep clean and de-clutter. Over 30 cups/ mugs for 5 guests, same with crockery and cutlery and all needed washing before use! Bedding felt damp and cupboards smelled of mould and damp. Tatty game boxes on shelves and FBM brochures and phone books from pre-covid! Bins full from last occupants. Washer drawer, filter and conRead moredenser of dryer needed a good clean, rotary line broken and leftCertainly wouldnt recommend. However, only about a mile walk to Tenby town! Hide
