One of four holiday apartments in a period Georgian house, this first floor holiday home is situated on The Esplanade which overlooks Carmarthen Bay. Up the stairs from the shared entrance hall, step into the open-plan living space, the central hub of the apartment and ideal for everyone to socialise together. With high ceilings and ornate cornices, the large bay windows allow light to flood in and provide wonderful views over South Beach, ideal for a morning coffee whilst reading a good book. Gather together at the end of the day to watch a film on the 50" flat screen TV, or to enjoy a home cooked meal at the dining table. The kitchen has a halogen touch hob, electric cooker/oven/grill, fridge with ice box, microwave and dishwasher, whilst the shared facilities of the washing machine/dryer is on the half landing. The twin bedroom, to the rear, has a TV for those relaxed mornings, and en-suite bathroom. The double bedroom has wonderful sea views and TV. There is also a shower room.

There is a shop, pub, restaurant and beach within walking distance.

Great apartment just outside the town walls with lovely sea views, experienced some fantastic sunrises, conveniently close to all amenities, the accommodation was extremely comfortable ,well equipped kitchen and the added bonus of 2 bathrooms , will definitely be booking this apartment again if only for the stunning views of the sea

The location and sea views from this property are amazing. Some minor improvements would make the apartment more user friendly but overall a great, great location

The property is ideally placed both for the beach and the town. It was made all the better for us because we had such good weather when the rest of the UK had very wet and windy conditions. A weekly car park ticket (30 at present) can be purchased for the multi storey car park at the payment machine in the car park. No need to prebook/prepay beforeRead more you arrive. Hide

Great location, great views..Recommend the Harbour Brewery for eating out plus the quirkness of the pub. Plenty of places to eat and purchasing your own food. There is no parking outside the property but you can apply for a permit if staying for a length of time or the local carparks are in walking distance at a cost of 10 for 24 hours ( this can vRead moreary by carparks ).
