Beach lovers will be thrilled to find Tenby North Beach at the front of the building, while shops, pubs, and amenities are all within half a mile. In July and August, the town centre is pedestrianised, adding a continental feel. Admire the Victorian and Georgian facades which line this walled town and discover a Norman and medieval heritage. Children will love Manor Wildlife Park (4 miles) and history buffs are in for a treat – discover Tenby Castle (0.5 miles), St Catherine’s Island Fort (0.5 miles), Manorbier Castle (6 miles), Carew Castle and Tidal Mill (7 miles), and Pembroke Castle (10 miles).

Take a flight of steps up to the shared entrance to this grade 2 listed building. Inside, a lift takes you up to your private apartment door on the third floor where bright and airy interiors await with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The property is well-equipped throughout with superb attention to detail by the thoughtful owners. Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen which has an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a washer/dryer.  The lounge features cosy seating with a 55in OLED 4K smart TV with Alexa, designated HDMI cable for user gaming, full sky package, Blu-ray player and Xbox. The cosy seating also lends itself to quiet moments with a good book or simply gazing out at the bay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on both levels of this beautiful holiday apartment. By the living area there’s a family bathroom and a king size  bedroom, with a hypnos mattress, with an en-suite shower room, plus its own TV with DVD and Freeview. Wander upstairs to find two further bedrooms – a king size bedroom with a hypnos mattress which has a Smart TV, an Alexa Echo, Blue-ray player and a door leading through to the sunny decked balcony with outdoor seating; and a twin bedroom which has a smart TV, Alexa, plus an Xbox. There’s also a shower room upstairs and all bedrooms have storage space.

Enjoy late evening sun on the balcony, where you can take in views over Tenby’s beaches and across Carmarthen Bay to the Gower. With parking being a premium within Tenby, the benefit of off-road parking for two cars is a welcome addition. Parking for two cars can be found in an underground car park (height clearance is 6ft 2 inches, approached by a ramp), once parked guests will exit the underground carpark and take a flight of steps to the shared entrance. Shops, pubs, restaurants, galleries, and beaches are all within half a mile of this central property and North Beach just 50yards from the property.

The perfect idyll. Excellent cleanliness. Fantastically well equipped. Seating and dining areas very comfortable. View from apartment, amazing. A very generous welcome pack, quite a unique feature of late, in other apartments. Underground free parking. Very efficient heating.

A beautifully presented apartment in a stunning location with amazing views across North Beach. Having secure parking was a real bonus. The location was just perfect and there was everything you needed in the apartment. The welcome pack was a very nice touch. I've no hesitation in recommending this apartment, it made a perfect base for the holiday.

We have stayed in the Penthouse before always a pleasure retuning, great location minutes from the high street and the bonus of off street parking for 2 vehicles and a sun deck off the upstairs bedroom. We had a fantastic time at the Penthouse, everything was right, a brilliant location, everything, the beach, town, bus and trains, are within a few minutes walk. We expected a luxury apartment and we weren't disappointed. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is excellent and we enjoyed the views out over Carmarthen Bay. We liked the apartment so much that we have already booked for next year.

A most beautiful apartment. Exceptionally clean, bedding immaculate. We always go in winter, heating so easy to operate and adjust for individual rooms and preferences. A first class apartment. Great location and views , very clean and well presented with good levels of equipment and information. Three bathrooms and two parking spaces real bonus , although the parking spaces only suitable for two Golf size cars ( which was fine for us ). I thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic holiday weather fabulous, this apartment has it all fantastic views of the north beach and Tenby Harbour. A couple of minutes stroll in Tenby and most important parking space for 2 car's. I think this is our third time staying at this apartment, we enjoyed it so much we have booked the same weeks next year.

The Penthouse is a beautiful two storey apartment in the most perfect location, with that iconic Tenby Harbour view from the roof terrace and front windows. This was our second visit and we enjoyed it just as much, it's a real home from home, with extremely comfortable furnishings and is equipped with every kitchen appliance one could wish for. The owners were very accommodating from start to finish. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I would 100% recommend this holiday home to those looking to stay in central Tenby. Couldnt ask for anything better. 10 out of 10.
