It houses a treasure trove of artwork created by the owner and his contemporaries, including ceramics and paintings. Guests enter via the lower end of the house into a cosy lounge with a sofa, armchairs, Smart TV, and a large wood burner with a generous supply of logs. From the lounge, take four steps up to the open plan dining and kitchen area, which is the main room and features a high beamed ceiling, here you will find a magnificent display of some larger paintings. The dining table takes centre stage and is perfect for entertaining with a galley kitchen cleverly tucked away across the rear wall. It is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, double sink, dishwasher and washing machine. When the day is done, there is a cosy double bedroom with a sparkling en-suite Grohe waterfall shower, WC and light-up mirror. Enjoy a luxurious shower experience with the local Farmers' Welsh Lavender toiletries supplied for your use.
Outside for the exclusive use of guests, there is a terrace adjoining the lounge with a BBQ and garden furniture and a step down to another seating area, both with fine views. Guests are also welcome to use the large well-kept walled garden. There is a lock-up shed and wash down for two bikes, plus off-road and secure parking area for two cars inside the front courtyard.
