The Elan Valley is just a short distance away offering stunning scenery across the reservoirs, along with the heart of the Brecon Beacons where you can hike up Offa’s Dyke for a viewpoint that will take your breath away. You could also try your hand at one of the various water sports available such as kayaking on the River Wye. The traditional market town of Builth Wells is also within easy reach, home to the Royal Welsh Show and many other seasonal events. Located down a peaceful and private country lane, the lodge enjoys an elevated location offering views across a rugged landscape. The undercover terrace offers access to the open-plan living space; here you can relax in style with friends. The lounge area enjoys views and natural light from the sliding patio doors, and there are two large sofas where you can catch up in front of the TV after a day exploring. The kitchen/diner is perfect for entertaining; the well-equipped space offers an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a small utility cupboard with a washing machine. For dining, a table and chairs for four enjoys views from the bifold doors. There are two bedrooms off the hallway: a king-size with front aspect and TV, and a double with side aspect and TV. There is also a shower room with shower and WC. Outside, the grounds have been sympathetically landscaped; here you can sit under the covered terrace, or soak in the private hot tub with canopy. There is off-road parking for two cars.
