A stunning apartment with spectacular coastal views with a restaurant and sandy beach just 300 metres away. This is a perfect seaside holiday for couples, families, and dogs.

Situated in Tenby one of the most iconic and well-visited seaside towns in Wales. Steeped in ancient history, you can see the castle ruins on a headland overlooking the harbour and the town is surrounded by medieval stone walls. Stroll through the winding cobbled streets and enjoy the rainbow of pastel-coloured homes as you uncover plenty of shops specialising in locally produced items and a wide selection of café’s, bars & restaurants. Take a boat trip to the monastic island of Caldey to spot nesting seabirds or spend some time fishing. If you feel like a little more relaxation then just head off to one of the three beautiful golden sandy beaches on your doorstep but feel free to have a go at some of the water sport activities available such as bodyboarding, canoeing or water-skiing if you still have some energy.

As you pull into the gated car park of this property, you’ll see just how close you are to the beach, but before you go rushing off to feel that soft sand between your toes, head up the apartment entrance stairwell to your first-floor apartment. Here when you open the doors to the property you’ll enter straight into the light and contemporary open-plan living area, furnished with a beautiful glass table and chairs for your dining and two opulent sofas perfect for snuggling back and enjoying those splendid sea views including the amazing holy island of Caldey which has a fascinating history stretching back over 1500 years. Should you ever get tired of those amazing views, there is a Smart TV and some books for you to enjoy. Additional features such as electric blinds in all the rooms, an internal music system that plays in every room including the bathrooms and underfloor heating make this a splendid property to enjoy whatever the weather and really does give it that wow factor. The well-equipped sleek kitchen fitted with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer means you have everything to make this a home from home experience and accommodate your needs should you not wish to dine out at one of the many local restaurants and cafés. The bedrooms make for a calming and tranquil place to rest after a busy day exploring and having fun. The first of which is the twin room which has a large built-in wardrobe, Smart TV and a funky stone wall feature through the window. Next door is a family bathroom with a large over-bath rain style shower and WC, further down the corridor you are invited into the master double bedroom which not only boasts calming sea views from the bed but is also complete with a dressing table and chair, large wardrobe for storage and another Smart TV.

The large balcony connected to the living room, equipped with comfortable chairs and a table is really the icing on the cake allowing you to quietly soak up the atmosphere day or night, making this property truly a memorable experience. There is secure gated off-road parking for one car and a pay and display car park for additional cars next door.

Patio window need a good clean. I think the owners may need to actually review the apartment themselves . This apartment cost us over 2000 for a week . A beautiful apartment with high quality furnishings and a high level of kitchen appliances and equipment. Outstanding views of South Beach and location is unsurpassable. Parking is also an advantage here. Bed in master, not reflective of 5 star, should be a King Size at the very least. Sadly the noise every morning has to be mentioned which is cleaRead morerly not the fault of the owners, but deliveries of beer barrels, bottles and refuse collections daily from 7.30 on is unacceptable whilst on holiday. We were welcomed by a fantastic view, a true likeness to the photos on the website. The apartment was warm, comfortable and in a perfect location for easy access to the beach and cafes/restaurants. We had a magical Easter weekend here and in the beautiful Town of Tenby. We will be back again for more wonderful memories.

It is a luxury high end apartment but not everything comes together. We have been in 3 others on this particular site and would return to those but would have to think twice on this one.

Absolutely wonderful apartment, great location, luxury fit out and spotlessly clean. The views overlooking the beach were super. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore Tenby and the surrounding area. Massive bonus having a parking space too, really makes it a lot more relaxing experience!

We had a fantastic holiday in this really nice, comfortable and well equipped apartment. I loved the furniture in the lounge. The location was amazing with its view of the beach and Caldy Island in the distance and thanks to whoever arranged the week long weather we enjoyed!! There was lots to do and see in the area but didnt get round to seeing anRead mored doing everything we wanted so we have an excuse to come back, which is not normally what we do as we visit different coastal areas every year. This was an exceptional holiday apartment with a million dollar view. For us it had everything, loved it. Worth every penny.
