The property is within half a mile of a renowned hotel, a championship golf course and a beautiful golden beach. This lovely retreat is just a mile from the heart of the pretty seaside village of Aberdyfi (also known as Aberdovey). Here you will find some great restaurants, pubs and cafes, and the village makes a wonderful base for activities including sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing. Heading into Snowdonia, walkers and nature lovers can explore landmarks including Craig yr Aderyn and Dolgoch Falls (both within 15 miles).

Entering this fresh, light and airy property, stairs lead up and into the stylish open-plan first-floor lounge/diner. The lounge is a spacious and relaxing area, with a coal-effect gas fire, plenty of seating, a TV, DVD player and iPod dock. With a range of games and books as well, the lounge is an ideal space for everyone to sit back and relax together at the end of a fabulous day. Behind the lounge, the dining area is perfect for gathering together to enjoy a fantastic family meal which you can whip up in the nearby kitchen. The stylishly designed kitchen has a range of useful equipment including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas hob, microwave and washing machine. French doors open out from the lounge and onto a charming furnished balcony with stunning views over the golf course and sand dunes. Going back downstairs, the ground floor offers three cheerful and relaxing bedrooms. There’s a double room, a twin with its own TV, and a bunk bedroom. You will also find a shower room with a shower and a WC, and a family bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC.

French doors from the twin bedroom lead outside and onto a charming patio. Beyond this, the large garden is shared with the neighbouring properties and has plenty of space for children to play. Parking is available for two cars.
