This charming stone farmhouse with a contemporary finish sits in an AONB with panoramic sea views, a great place for a family of four to get out and about and enjoy the beauty of nature.

There is so much surrounding history and picturesque countryside to enjoy at this property, you be spoilt for choice for interesting places to visit and things to do. Ghost hunt in some of the historic ruins, birdwatch along the estuary to see kingfishers and egrets, or head to the sandy beaches on either side of you where there is plenty of space for surfers, bathers, fishermen and horse riders to enjoy this unspoilt coastline. 10 miles north west is Porthcawl which has another three large sandy beaches to enjoy a lovely promenade, theatre, funfair and a golf club. Travel just 25 miles east to find the capital of Wales, Cardiff where you can experience the castle, museums and shopping centres.

As you enter this exceptionally styled, contemporary, open-plan living area, with muted beach tones and gorgeous wood textures, it really does feel like a perfect beach house. The light floods in through the skylights and windows giving it a lovely open and spacious feel, perfect for relaxing to the sound of the sea on the snug blue sofa or enjoying some family time with a board game or a family movie on the Smart TV. This room also includes a dining table for two and a breakfast bar with two stools. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and dishwasher. From the living area, you can access the funky mezzanine twin room via an open (pull-out, loft like) ladder – the room has overhead spotlights, two skylights and a squishy bean bag to chill on. Downstairs is the master bedroom with a king-size bed that has stunning sea views; you’ll find a dresser and plenty of space to hang your clothes as well as an en-suite shower room with a dual shower head and a WC.

Outside, you are able to enjoy the views further with your very own open-plan stone patio area including a table and chairs should you wish to dine alfresco. This is a complex of three properties, please find below the links to the Farmhouse and Tusker. There is off-road parking for two cars. Over the further walled area is the heritage clifftop walk, and there is a café and bar area on-site.

Beautiful little cottage ideally situated and as other reviewers have said very well equipped. Throughly enjoyed our stay as did our dog Alfie.

A warm and cosy cottage with a superb view over the coast. It is very comfortable and well equipped, even more so when the owner arrived with new cutlery and crockery. There was a welcome pack that included bread, milk, marmalade and waffles. I cried when I had to go home.

Fantastic location with amazing sea views. I was worried that Nash would feel too small for myself, my husband, our 2 teenage boys and our dog but not at all. Comfy beds, lovely welcome pack, a well equipped kitchen, surprisingly good WiFi for our boys....all lead to a relaxing break. Great coastal path walks on the doorstep.

Lovely, comfortable, compact cottage in a complex of 3 in an amazing location. Fabulous views. Walking from the doorstep. The cafe/restaurant at the far end serves excellent breakfasts. Some minor noise from a 40th birthday in the restaurant on the Saturday evening but this ended by midnight.

A beautiful cottage, restored to a high standard and with a stunning view. Great for a couple with a dog. Due to the height of the mezzanine, I would suggest that it would be suitable for older children. The cafe onsite is lovely with really helpful staff.

Nash is a modern but very cozy and perfect for those with a couple of kids and a small dog. The accommodation is located on the coastal path with fantastic views Also perfect for venturing out on foot or by bike and an easy drive to nearby attractions. I found the accommodation has more than what is stated. There is pots, pans, cutlery and much more so you don't need to take anything much more than the very bare minimal essentials. The accommodation has spectacular views to just sit in your own comfort and enjoy, they also have a little run around area if you have little children. I really can not fault Nash Cottage. From the moment you arrive at the fantastic location you just know its going to be first class. Everything you could possibly need is supplied, from washing up liquid or tabs for the dishwasher to a brolly. Within a few minutes walk you are at the stunning Dunraven beach or walk the other direction for Ogmore beRead moreaches. The cafe on site is lovely with great service and very friendly staff. Amazing break in a beautiful cottage and amazing location. Nash was just perfect, such a homely feel with everything we could ask for. Everything was clean and inviting. Great shower and bathroom. Nash was just perfect for us. Stunning location and coastal walks right on doorstep for our morning and evening dog walks. Added bonus of cafe next door which served the most amazing breakfasts. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and may even come back again

The cottage was stunning, an amazing location overlooking the sea. It has been converted to a very high spec and was very comfortable and well equiped. We loved using the small terrace outside and our dog loved the larger enclosed space for playing ball. We also really enjoyed taking advantage of the cafe next door and had several breakfasts and a Read moredelicious lunch. Hide

Superb location with wonderful coastal view. We truly enjoyed our walks. It was great to know the property accepts dog so we didnt need to leave our four leg family member behind.

We absolutely love staying at Nash cottage. Its the perfect accommodation for a short stay in Glamorgan. We could walk along the coastal path and take refuge back home when the weather became wet. Our children loved the mezzanine and played there for hours while we rested downstairs. The TV in the main bedroom meant that, even when the kids went toRead more sleep, we could enjoy watching a movie if we wanted to relax this way. Nash cottage was a joy to stay at. The accommodation was fantastic and the local amenities were superb. We all had a great time including our dog. Will be back in a heartbeat.
