Attractive barn with enclosed garden on a working farm with uninterrupted valley views near Bala. Perfect for friends and family to relax or take an active break in Snowdonia National Park.

Located 3.5 miles from Bala with its cafes, pubs, shops, swimming pool, and Wales’s largest natural lake. Enjoy boating, stroll around the lake or ride on the steam railway. For the more adventurous, there’s the National White Water Centre, Zip World Slate Caverns at Blaenau Ffestiniog, King Arthur’s Labyrinth and the mountain bike trail centre at Coed-y-Brenin, all within 30 miles. Why not spend days on the golf course which is just 5 miles away? Being in the southernly tip of Snowdonia National Park, you can enjoy an abundance of footpaths and cycle routes, superb fishing, varied activities and events in and around the idyllic landscape. There is something for everyone in this corner of Snowdonia National Park and North Wales.

This accessible friendly barn has an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, hang up your coats and start your holiday. The kitchen area is a lovely space to rustle up a meal and is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. You can gather around the dining table and enjoy a meal together whilst planning your holiday activities. After a full day out, relax on the sofa to enjoy your favourite programmes on the Freeview TV and DVD, or plan your next day's adventures and embrace the views over the patio garden and down the valley. Take a leisurely shower in the stylish shower room with WC. When night falls, there are two twin bedrooms both with two sets of single beds to choose from designed for a good night's sleep.

Outside, enjoy morning coffee at the picnic bench in the enclosed patio while taking in lovely views over the rolling countryside and river in the distance. Explore the designated footpaths through farmland and stroll down to the River Dee. Private parking for two cars at the property. This property has a private water supply.

A very pleasant welcome by the owner, welcome pack with milk, tea and coffee etc. A lovely quiet location for a holiday cottage, well equipped and and homely. Great views over the valley looking over Bala lake, dog friendly area. A great base to explore Snowdonia and North Wales.

Excellent property, lovely quiet, rural location, but close enough to Bala for shops, pubs and restaurants. Cottage was clean, comfy with everything you need. Great spot for touring north Wales. Would highly recommend.
