The ideal romantic getaway for couples wanting to experience North Wales' coast and mountains. Visit local pubs, shops and sandy beaches known for their water sports and scenery.

This lovely and traditional cottage is in the heart of the village of Aberdovey, just a short walk from intriguing shops, pubs, and restaurants, and offers an ideal hideaway for couples at any time of year. Beautiful golden sand beaches, medieval castles, and breathtaking mountain scenery lures people to this beautiful corner of Wales, which is a haven for walkers, bird watchers, and cyclists. An 18-hole championship golf course is located at the village's western edge, perfect for keen golfers (0.5 miles). The Talyllyn Railway, Corris Craft Centre, and King Arthur's Labyrinth are all within 15 miles and provide a great day out.

 With its light open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, you will feel right at home as soon as you open the door to this delightful cottage. Enjoy a romantic dinner for two prepared in the well-equipped kitchen area, which includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge with freezer compartment. After dinner, snuggle up on the comfortable sofa in front of the electric wood burner-effect fire and watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV or plan your holiday activities. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. Once the day is done, make your way up the steep narrow stairs and you will find the lovely double bedroom as well as the bathroom with shower over the bath and a WC, and a dressing room.

Outside you can enjoy morning coffee on the bistro table and chairs in the enclosed patio garden that’s set to the front of the property. The rear of the property offers a small rockface courtyard for drying wetsuits. There is a parking permit included for the seafront car park.

Two good bedrooms (1 double - 1 single) with storage. Comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water. Cottage clean. Good bathroom with shower.

Lovely warm. well-equipped & cosy cottage close to front and estuary. Newly refurbished bathroom & decor. Comfortable bed. Conveniently situated for exploring that beautiful part of West Wales/Snowdonia. Not recommended for people with mobility issues (like us, but we coped!) Helpful manager lives nearby & avaliable to address any issues.

The cottage is in a very good location and is quiet. The car pass for the carpark worked well. It is ideal for a couple and kitchen has everything to hand. Plenty of places to have a meal or buy food to eat at the cottage. Discovered a variety of paths, including one higher up the lane that led to the beach, ideal for the dog.
