A nice comfortable property in a convenient location. The property owners have struck a good balance between having enough rules to ensure the comfort of all guests, but not too many rules that make it difficult to relax. The kitchen is very well-equipped and easy to work in. All in all, a nice relaxed place to stay in.

We would not hire this house again because of the cleanliness issues. The owner was very helpful and sent in cleaners after our complaint but more than another quick clean was required. The Rayburn had only 2 ovens, not 3, and the bottom oven was only a warmer, frozen chips were still frozen after 45mins. It's a pleasant and roomy cottage, perfectly adequate for a group of 7 such as us. The only real drawback (though there's not much can be done about it) is parking, and the narrowness of the pavement at the front, which made use of a mobility scooter a bit stressful. Other than this it is in a very good location, and our holiday was thoroughly enjoRead moreyed (by three generations). Hide

Outside space is pretty grungy and overlooking a scruffy car park. Good location near town and beaches (easily walked). Beware cooking with Rayburn is tricky and really heats up the kitchen diner. In summer this would be very unwelcome!
