Sophisticated, contemporary house for family and friends to experience coastal living and uninterrupted views over the Menai Straits, close to Y Felinheli marina and facilities. Enjoy direct access down to the water with your paddleboard, take a stroll down to the marina or join the coastal path in either direction along the Menai Straits. Within 5 miles you can visit the royal town of Caernarfon, and explore the harbour, shops, eateries, cinema, theatre, and galleries. Visit the 13th-century castle, take a trip on a steam train with the Welsh Highland Railway, or cruise the Menai Strait. Pop to Bangor (5 miles), the pretty town of Beaumaris on Anglesey (9 miles), or venture to the heart of Snowdonia National Park (15 miles) – renowned as a great location for walking, climbing, cycling, golfing, fishing and water sports.

Walk into this spacious upside-down house on three levels, making the most of the fabulous coastal views. Enter on the ground floor and find the hall and utility with plenty of space for your outdoor attire. One of the three bedrooms is also on the ground floor, a simple and stylish king-size with a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room with a WC. On the first floor, there is another king-size room with an en-suite shower room and WC, and a twin with a Smart TV. All have been designed with your comfort in mind for a great night's sleep. A lovely bathroom with a bath and WC also sits on this floor. Heading upstairs into the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you can enjoy scenic views from the windows and patio doors, which lead to the large balcony. Soak in the captivating coastal view over the Straits, whatever the weather. The kitchen is a lovely space to rustle up a meal with the local produce purchases made whilst you have been exploring the area. When ready, the table is the perfect setting to gather around and enjoy a meal together in the centre of this beautiful room. After dinner, relax in the lounge on the comfortable sofas to plan your holiday activities, and watch a film together on the Smart TV.

Outside, you can relax on the balcony with stunning views from sunrise to sunset, enjoy al fresco dining at the table and chairs which is accessed from the lounge, and from the ground level, you can explore the grassed communal areas leading down to the Menai Strait. There is a lockable store for bikes and any outdoor kit, plus parking for two cars on the drive.

Property excellent, very clean well equipped, views were lovely and the balcony was so nice to have, area very peaceful. The only thing for us is that it would be nice to have a few more eating places within walking distance, but apart from that we had an excellent time, abd would easily recommend Straits View

Close to the Menai Strait with wonderful views this property was very clean and well equipped.
