Stunning house for family and friends to enjoy coastal living, with the beach and sea just a few metres from the back gate of this detached residence in Pwllheli. Visit the renowned marina, or along the beach which is part of the Sarnau Special Area of Conservation with an abundance of natural habitats and wildlife to explore. Enjoy traditional seaside activities including swimming, sailing, surfing and canoeing. The pretty town itself offers independent shops, restaurants, cafes and amenities, including a leisure activity centre with a pool, archery and more. Walkers and cyclists should follow the Llyn Coast Path, which promises breathtaking sea views, while culture lovers will enjoy a visit to the nearby Criccieth Castle, Portmeirion Italianate village, or National Trust Plas Yn Rhiw, all within 15 miles.

Escape to this charming upside-down house, which makes the most of the fabulous coastal views. On the ground floor you will find the utility room and the first of three bedrooms to choose from – a lovely twin with shower room accessed via the utility. Up a flight of stairs to the next floor, you’ll find a further two bedrooms to choose from, both beautiful rooms have zip-and-link super-king-size beds (can be twins on request) with en-suites. Up on the second floor is the elegant light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with panoramic sea views from the feature windows leading to the large balcony with new decking laid in October 2022. The kitchen is a lovely space to rustle up a meal with the local produce purchased whilst you have been exploring the area. When ready, the table is the perfect setting to gather around and enjoy a meal together in the centre of this magnificent room. After dinner, open the feature doors to let the outside in, listen to the soothing beach sounds whilst you relax on the comfortable sofas, plan your holiday activities, or watch the Smart TV with the standard Sky package. As the nights draw in, you can put on the feature wood burner effect gas fire for cosy, atmospheric evenings.

Relax on the second-floor balcony with stunning views from sunrise to sunset, enjoy al fresco dining at the table and chairs which are accessed from the lounge, or head down to ground level to the games garage with a football table. There’s also a lovely, enclosed garden with a lawn, picnic tables and the charcoal BBQ, and a gate that opens out onto the sandy beach and sea. Make use of the storage space on offer for bikes and paddleboards in the garage too.

Fabulous location right next to the beach. The house was very clean and welcoming. Lots of stairs but the view from the top floor was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable with three good shower rooms. A well equipped kitchen a bit dated but everything you could need. The couch and chairs were not comfortable at all but theRead more open plan lounge/ kitchen/ dining area worked for us as a family. Difficult to keep sand out of the house as no outside tap. Hide

The house is in a great location for beach walks with the dog. Well equipped and lots of storage room in bedrooms with super comfy beds. The house is fenced in so safe for dogs and children. Looking a little tired could do with a freshen up. Sofa although practical not very comfortable.

Could not fault the location of this property as it is heavenly being right on the beach, can't beat sitting on balcony listening to the sea. We really enjoyed our holiday here and would definitely rebook. Overall the accommodation and its facilities are really great, but as normal for a holiday let slightly tired. Dog safe garden, as long as they Read moredont fence hop as fence/gate at front quite low. But being able to walk dog along beach path or beach every day was brilliant. Hide

We loved our stay - but we were prepared for the property being a bit dated and not being lux. We felt the price was fair for our expectations and the market. The garden fence in the front can be jumped by some dog breeds. And there was boiler issues but we resolved these quickly. The property was clean, super comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, anRead mored fantastic views and location. The lounge chairs are weirdly slippy - but they make sense for a sandy beach front property with direct beach access. Hide
