The land set around the house, has some steep drops and thorny vegetation.
Accessibility Guide: Please note the property is set on a small hill. Access to the property is through a steep tarmacked drive up to the gate followed by a further drive up on a gravelled drive. There is parking and turning area for at least 2 cars. To enter you will find a large concreted steep to the front door which has a heavy duty self-close hinge to avoid door being blown open as the winds here can be quite strong. To the rear door there is a small step into the house. The accommodation, living area and bathrooms are all on the ground floor with a shower over bath. Walk to the main road and to the beach is a 5-10 min but an energetic walk down and up the hill.
