This traditional terrace is located on a quiet side street, just yards from the delightful walled town of Tenby and South Beach. The town enjoys an excellent selection of bars, cafes, restaurants plus independent and high street stores. The South Beach is a large expanse of golden sand looking out towards Caldey Island and parts of the beach are dog friendly all year round (see local info). The town's iconic harbour runs boat trips out to Caldey daily through the main season - enjoy a day on its secluded beach and some freshly caught fish and chips on your return. For those looking for fantastic views the Pembrokeshire coast path is 0.6 miles from the town itself and provides an array of walking routes.

As you enter the property, you are welcomed into a warm hallway with space for shoes and bags, with two reception rooms leading off from here. The main lounge enjoys a gas flame-effect fire, TV and DVD player. The second lounge has a TV monitor for gaming offering the family flexibility to spread out or enjoy time together. Further down the hall you will find a stunning dining room with quirky porthole overlooking the contemporary kitchen. There is a downstairs WC too. Upstairs on the first floor, you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom benefits from a double bed, and there is an additional twin room and bunk bedroom offering excellent family accommodation. The family bathroom has a WC, a shower over the bath and a double sink, and next to the family bathroom there is an additional wet room with a shower, sink and shaving mirror.

Externally, there is a patio garden with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ to enjoy on a warm evening, and an additional decorative gravel area with bench seating to relax after a fun day at the beach.

The location of Ling di Long is ideal for South beach and Tenby itself. The house is equipped with everything you need, its spacious and the enclosed garden is perfect for 4 legged guests. The early morning sounds from nearby Sainsburys were not a problem for us and we had a lovey stay.

Lovely stay in this house which was like a home from home. The house was beautifully designed with amazing paint finishes and lovely artwork. The beach kit and trolley were greatly enjoyed by the children who loved pulling it and appreciated the crab nets. Great location but lots of noise from Sainsburys, loading and unloading very early and pneumaRead moretic drills starting at 7.00am. A lovely Home from Home cottage that was in such an amazing location to explore Tenby. The cottage was comfortable & had everything we needed for a perfect holiday.

The location is great the town centre is within a 10 minute walk, and access to South beach is just as close. Parking is on street only and can be tight at peak times, a long stay car park is available for a small fee and within walking distance. The property has one double bed, a twin bedroom & bunk beds. Very well equipped, & maintained property, kitchen, comfy bedrooms, bathroom and 2nd shower room were great, there was plenty of room around the dining table for all 6 of us and the living room had plenty of seating for everyone, the other sitting room ideal if there were teenagers/ kids in your party, plenty of games.and a tv in both rooms. Great property! Very well equipped and very spacious. The seating area outside would be lovely in the summer! Very near the beach and town. Plenty of on street parking this time of year. Would stay there again.

Great house, with two reception rooms it made it great for teenagers. Location was perfect. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend.

We loved the house and garden.It was an easy walk into town and we didnt need to use the car.The house was well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it to friends.

The cottage is in a great spot for both town and South Beach. We loved the kitchen and diner and spent a few evenings enjoying the board games provided. South Beach is easy to reach on foot and is dog friendly all year. The children enjoyed the separate lounge spaces so they could watch what they wanted in there.
