This stylish two-bedroom holiday chalet located in the landscaped grounds of Bayview Oxwich Leisure Park, just 0.5 miles from the vast golden sandy beach of Oxwich, makes for a perfect retreat for beach-loving couples or families. There are several eateries close by should you wish to dine out for a special occasion or just pick up some fish and chips on the way back from the beach. The beach water sports centre provides equipment and training for a variety of water sports including stand-up paddleboarding, jet skiing and kayaking. Join the stunning Wales Coast Path where you can head east to Three Cliffs Bay or west to Port Eynon (both approx. 7.5 miles).

Step through the French doors to enjoy this bright and cheerful, home-from-home property, straight into the living and dining area. To maximise space, the dining furniture can be neatly packed away when not in use providing more room to put your feet up and catch up on your favourite TV shows after a busy day of explorations. Cooks can enjoy preparing meals in the chic kitchen which is well equipped with everything you need to whip up a hearty meal ready for the next adventure. Tuck the kids into the triple bunk bedroom before getting a good night's sleep in the double bedroom next door. A well-proportioned shower room with a hand basin and WC complete this property.

Heading outside, you have an enclosed patio area at the front of the property with a dining table and chairs, where you can enjoy your favourite tipple under the starry skies. There is a lawned area to the side and rear of the property too. There is an allocated car parking space within a few yards of the property.

Lovely chalet bungalow which has been modernised with a new kitchen and shower room to a great standard. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils and the sitting room/dinner is comfortably furnished. The bedrooms had sufficient storage and comfortable beds. This is such a lovely chalet with all amenities. Comfortable bed and sofa, fully equipped kitchen and in such a great setting so close to the beach. We loved it here and fully recommend it. Also ideal private and dog secure outside space.

Lovely chalet, very well equipped with a new kitchen and shower room. Fantastic location for short walk to the shop/ bar bistro and beach which is sandy, clean and gently shelved for dipping and swimming. Near to all the great beaches along the south and west of the Gower.

Back from a lovely stay at Berties Beach House. Accommodation was lovely, clean, comfortable beds with good sized fluffy towels. Its a quiet and relaxing location. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach, we became regulars at the cafes for daily morning coffees after a walk on the beach. We had beautiful weather too, which is always a bonus.

Clean, nicely modernised chalet on quiet site. New mixer shower, brand new smart tv. Kitchen is small but surprisingly useable. Living furniture is good size and comfortable. Beds are very good too. Beach is a gentle 10-15 minute walk (depending on dog speed). We'd stay here again.

The property is in a great location and a short walk from the beach and general store/cafe. The property itself is well furnished. We called on the maintenance team once during our stay to solve a small issue and they were friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend staying here and would return.

Lovely little place, clean and very nicely decorated. Thoughtfully equipped for guests with some really nice touches like a towel for the dog. The beach was a 10 minute walk, with a little shop/cafe/fish & chip shop en route. Beautiful area and a very comfortable home from home to stay in.

Well proportioned property very recently refurbished/decorated (kitchen and bathroom seemed brand new) very clean with loads of equipment small enclosed front paved garden and only a short stroll to the beach and woodland walks.
