This former bed and breakfast is located in the Ceredigion countryside, less than 3 miles from the coast, in an elevated position enjoying outstanding views of both coast and country. The beautiful Penrhos Park golf course just 1.5 miles away, open to the public for a round of golf, access to the driving range or the bar and restaurant. Head to pretty Aberaeron in 6.8 miles with its excellent selection of shops, cafes and bars along the pretty pastel coloured terraces. You can access the Wales Coast Path at Llanrhystud and there is a regular bus service to Aberystwyth, Aberaeron and coastal towns.
As you enter the barn, you are welcomed into a hallway leading down to the large, open-plan lounge and dining room. The lounge benefits from a sumptuous, leather three-seater sofa and large corner sofa. There's a TV and feature gas 'wood burner effect' fire in a large, original inglenook fireplace - perfect for cosy evenings in. Completing the room is a dining table for eight. Adjacent to the lounge is the country kitchen which has been well equipped for guests to prepare meals during their stay and offers an additional dining space at the breakfast table. Both the lounge and kitchen enjoy fabulous views out over the fields towards Cardigan Bay. Back down the hallway, you will find the first two bedrooms on the ground floor - an en-suite king-size room with bath and overhead shower, and king-size room with en-suite shower. Head up stairs to the first floor and you will find an additional two bedrooms - both twin rooms with en-suite shower rooms.
Externally, the barn benefits form a lawned garden with picnic bench and outdoor seating. Take in the breathtaking views out towards the coast over the beautiful Welsh countryside. Dine al fresco on warmer evenings or simply relax with a cool drink and take in the incredible sunsets over the bay.
