This beautiful barn conversion is set on private farmland just outside the small village of Bancyffordd. There is a village shop and pub under two miles away and Llandysul can be reached in just under four miles, which offers a selection of shops and local pubs to enjoy. There are plenty of countryside and local walks to explore from your doorstep, but if you fancy a day at the seaside, head for New Quay (19 miles) for a day out and enjoy some fish and chips or ice cream on the harbour wall where dolphins can often be spotted in the bay. For a taste of Welsh heritage, head to Newcastle Emlyn (8 miles) which is one of the oldest market towns in Wales and offers a wide variety of independent shops, bars, and restaurants, plus there's a traditional market in town every Friday.
As you enter the barn you are welcomed into your well-proportioned open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is flooded with light from the bi-fold doors at the rear, offering views over the garden and countryside. The lounge enjoys a large corner sofa centred around the wall-mounted Smart TV and cosy wood burner. Enjoy peaceful evenings in front of the fire enjoying your favourite films and TV shows after a fun day of exploring the coast and countryside. There's a dining table for six adjacent to the contemporary family kitchen, as well as a breakfast bar offering the perfect entertaining space for the whole family. Head up two steps from the lounge into the hallway corridor and you will find your two bedrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed and Smart TV and the second bedroom is a twin room with wall-mounted Smart TV. Completing the barn is the luxurious family bathroom.
Externally, the barn enjoys a large patio terrace with a hot tub enjoying uninterrupted views over the Welsh countryside. There is an outdoor table and sofa to relax on with a cool drink and a gas BBQ has been provided should you wish to dine al fresco.
