For walkers both the Offa’s Dyke And Wye Valley trails are accessible within 8 miles, and for enthusiastic cyclists the National Cycle trail can be picked up in Chepstow (6 miles) along with some great mountain biking trails at Cannop Cycle centre (7 miles.) Other outdoor activities include; kayaking, rock climbing and Go Ape. For a more cultured day, the medieval town of Chepstow, steeped in history with a fine castle that overlooks the river Wye and Regency Bridge, a racecourse with a year-round events calendar and a museum.

The place was stunning, beautiful location friendly people and well looked after, it was a lot nicer than we were expecting, very impressed. Only down side was the hot-tub was cold on arrival and took a few hours to get hot,

Excellent cottage with modern clean interior. Great views and quiet location. Hot tub was an added bonus. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Would visit again and recommend to friends and family as accommodation was so good.

Absolutely first class, so well equipped. So clean and welcoming. 6 adults fitted comfortably in the hot tub. Views from hot tub and garden so relaxing and peaceful. This was a holiday cottage on another level. Everything you could possibly need for a fantastic stay. It was beautifully furnished, beds really comfortable, it was very quiet which was exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting in the garden with its attractive rural views. Fantastic holiday, accommodation was outstanding! Really made a difference having a clean, cosy, well equipped cottage to come back to each day.
