This bespoke property located in a tranquil area of Cardiff, has been designed by the owners to create a haven of elegance and luxury that you can comfortably enjoy. The convenience of this location means you can enjoy quiet strolls or jogs around Roath Park which stretches over 130 acres. Take a boat out onto the lake and get close to the swans, let the kids and dogs run around the parks while you admire the botanical and wildflower gardens. Cardiff is just 2 miles, here you can attend one of many exciting events held at the Millennium Stadium, explore 2000 years of history amongst Cardiff Castle walls, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll amongst some of the most beautiful landscaped gardens at Bute Park and Sophia Gardens. With an extensive range of shops, restaurants, cafe's and bars you'll find plenty of things to see and do on your memorable holiday.

As you enter through the front door, stepping into the hall you soon start to appreciate the detail and design of this home. The hall is a spacious atrium where light floods through the ground to second-floor windows and creates a super summer room/conservatory area where you can relax with a book overlooking the garden. As well as a convenient WC and large coat and boot storage, the ground floor has lots of social spaces for you and your guests to enjoy. A games room, fitted with a multi-games table, means that the children will be happily occupied, while the adults, retreat to the living room adorned with a beautiful electric log-effect fire, fireplace. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, designed to encourage seamless socializing and relaxation. Sit at the breakfast bar and chat with the chef of the group, who will be in their element whipping up some tasty treats for everyone in this stylish and well-equipped kitchen featuring contemporary appliances such as a wine cooler, air fryer and ‘Nespresso’ coffee machine. The large dining table allows the whole group to enjoy meal times together as well as providing a superb space for cheerful festivities. Finally, head upstairs to the second floor to be greeted by an impressive king-size bedroom which offers great views of Roath Lake and the garden from the private balcony. Open the French doors and step out onto the balcony to sip your morning coffee. This spacious bedroom also has air conditioning, a TV, a Bluetooth speaker and dual en-suite shower rooms with the addition of a free-standing bath in one.

Heading outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with a large open pond, a serene sanctuary boasting a lush lawn and a charming patio area ideal for savouring alfresco dining experiences or firing up the BBQ for summertime grilling delights. There is access to storage suitable for bikes and an outdoor table tennis table is available to use.

Spacious well equipped modern house in a fantastic location 10 mins from Cardiff centre. The main attraction is the indoor swimming pool. There is ample seating both inside and out with a large terrace and small garden. Well equipped family kitchen but you need to bring everything including condiments, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets etc. Plenty oRead moref shops nearby. Hide

Amazing house in a great location near the lake. Luxurious and very well equipped. The pool was a god send as the weather changed and we had 6 children to entertain!

We had a great stay at this fantastic house. It's large, bright, airy, well-equipped, clean, comfortable, with lovely gardens and the super swimming pool. The location is also great - so close to Roath lake and park, and a ten-minute drive into the centre of Cardiff. We would definitely stay again.
