This charming Victorian townhouse, nestled in the heart of Bala, offers a serene retreat while keeping all amenities within easy reach ideal for families and friends to catch up in a lovely setting whilst being close to the near by water facilities. Situated just inside Snowdonia National Park, Bala is known for its array of independent shops, cafes, and pubs, as well as a picturesque lake perfect for water sports. Visitors can rent kayaks and canoes, go fishing, or cycle around its 10-mile perimeter. For the more adventurous, the National Whitewater Centre, located just 4 miles away, provides opportunities for sailing and windsurfing. Beyond Bala, the stunning Snowdonia countryside awaits exploration.

Built in the 1840s, this period property combines historical charm with modern comforts. Upon entering, the long hall invites you to shed your outdoor attire and start your tour. To your right, the stylish lounge/diner features an ornamental fireplace, exposed beams, and a tiled floor. The adjoining kitchen, equipped with everything needed for a home-cooked meal, opens onto the garden. Enjoy meals at the dining table, a perfect spot for planning holiday activities while overlooking the courtyard garden. Lovey cosy cottage. Pretty decor and well equipped. A nice quiet location, great for walking or cycling. Would recommend.
