Located in a National Landscape, scenic walking routes, cycling tracks and picnic spots are in abundance. The quaint seaside village of Morfa Nefyn offers sheltered waters, fine sandy beaches, interesting rock pools, and a chance to watch the comings and goings of local fishermen, not forgetting a handful of restaurants serving mouthwatering local produce and enough shops to keep you stocked up on essentials, all within a mile. This is an all-year-round destination for a relaxing and active holiday.

Walk through the front door and start exploring this luxurious house with all the thoughtful extras throughout. From the hall, with a convenient separate WC, continue down to the lounge/kitchen/diner that opens out onto the attractive paved garden. Look forward to eating in the stylish kitchen/diner, flooded with natural light, and equipped with all you need to rustle up a meal, maybe with local produce purchased on your travels. Listen to music on the Smart TV or get inspired by the cookery programmes. It is a sociable space and once the meal is ready the dining table is the perfect setting overlooking the garden for everyone to gather round, enjoy catching up over dinner, and planning your holiday activities. The house sits to the front of the garden with established shrubs and a driveway, whilst at the back you can relax in the enclosed attractive paved garden with feature planting. Unwind in the woodfired hot tub and test your skill in the games room with a game of table tennis or table football. Make the most of the weather in this lovely sun trap, enjoy alfresco dining at the table and chairs with a gas BBQ, or if you prefer a little shade relax under the gazebo. If you are bringing your bikes there is an outdoor tap and hose to wash them down.

We had a marvellous week at Garnedd, this is a wonderful well equipped and high spec property that is within walking distance of some great beaches, walks, a spectacular golf course and of course the Ty Coch pub. The games room and hot tub are absolutely fabulous. We loved it - thank you so much.
