When stomachs start to rumble, lay the dining table nearby and walk through to the separate, well-appointed kitchen at the rear of the house, which boasts all you need to whip up holiday feasts together. Dine inside back in the lounge/diner, or al fresco-style out on the furnished patio. Just off the kitchen is also a handy utility room. For some extra space, little ones will find a sperate snug room with a sofa bed for one additional guest and a TV/DVD on the ground floor. At the end of each busy day, head upstairs and choose from two welcoming bedrooms which include a master king-size with views over Memorial Garden, and a cosy twin. Completing the first floor is a well-equipped and spacious family bathroom. There is no private parking at the property, but on-street parking is available in the surrounding roads.
Outside, the house benefits from a generously sized garden. There is a small courtyard area, with three steps leading up to a patio seating area – a real sun trap in the summer months.
