This character apartment is one of four apartments set in the village of Talgarth, in the Brecon Beacons National Park. The apartments are a short walk away to the village pubs and shops, and a restored watermill. Only a short drive away is the ever-popular, town of books, Hay-on-Wye. The property is a short drive to some local beauty spots such as Llangorse Lake and Pwll-y-Wrach Nature Reserve, offering super walks. For the more easy-going guests there are some lovely market towns such as Crickhowell and Brecon, both within easy reach. There is plenty to see and do during the day, such as walking, mountain biking, climbing, kayaking, fishing and horse riding, before a bit of star gazing in the evening. As you enter the entrance hallway, you will climb the stairs to the first floor. As you open the front door and make your way along the corridor you will enter the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Light floods in this room as there is a large bay window with added window seat, the perfect place to watch the world go by or curl up with a good book. There is also a comfy sofa bed (which can convert into a double sofa bed) and a Smart TV with Netflix in the lounge area. The dining area is compact yet perfect to enjoy a home cooked meal together enjoying views towards the village centre. Although the kitchen area is compact it comes fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. As you head back out of the lounge/kitchen/diner you will find the shower room with shower and WC, the perfect place to enjoy a hot rinse after a busy day exploring. To complete this apartment, you will find the master double bedroom which is located off the lounge/kitchen area, which has been tastefully decorated and a restful place to enjoy a good night’s rest.
