A really cosy, comfortable and characterful cottage set in fabulous surroundings looking towards the hills. It's an easy 15 minute walk to Hay and just a quick walk across two fields to a lovely, airy studio for pilates/yoga etc! Knowledgeable and friendly owners who live nearby. Our greatest recommendation is that we will definitely return

This is a lovely spacious property, with amazing views, and only a short walk into Hay. The kitchen is really well equipped and easy to cook for 6 or more people. Plenty of crockery and lots of pots and pans. We loved the bedrooms, all large and everything spotlessly clean. The huge L shaped sofa also meant everyone had a comfortable place to sit. This is our 4th time staying at Racquety Farm, 2nd at the lodge. Its just perfect. Beautiful rural location with fantastic dog walks by the river and only a short walk across the fields to Hay on Wye. The house itself is so comfortable and well equipped and Ros so welcoming and relaxed it feels like our second home. Will be back again next year.
